Meet The Team
Karl Bogle
As an employee of Mississippi Valley Equipment, Karl has been working with and selling MKT equipment for 40 years. He was promoted to chief operating officer of MKT November 1, 2013. Along with his role as COO Karl is heavily involved with MKT distributors. Quickly excelling in his role, Karl has already added several new distributors, expanding MKT's distributor network. In July of 2016 Karl was promoted to president of MKT Manufacturing, INC.

Darin Werts
Darin started at MKT in November of 1993 as a draftsman. While working as a draftsman he attained his Bachelor’s degree from SIUC in Industrial Technology and worked his way into the production coordinator role. After 5 years as the production coordinator, Darin was promoted to the VP of Manufacturing. Darin’s vast knowledge from the product design to the manufacturing process is essential in managing in house production and outside vendors to continue producing quality MKT equipment.

Nick Whisler
Nick began at MKT working part time for the service manager spraying weeds, painting, and servicing machines. Nick came back to work with MKT as an engineer in June 2014 after graduating from Missouri University of Science & Technology with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. After two years of service with MKT, Nick was promoted to VP of Engineering & Product Development taking responsibility of the improvement of MKT's current product line and the development of new products to meet the ever changing demands of the pile driving industry.

Chris Cayce
Chris began his career with MKT Manufacturing in 2009 as technical support for MKT factory representatives. Through his work with Mississippi Valley Equipment Company in the service field for 19 year and counting, Chris has gained an extensive and invaluable knowledge of the entire MKT product line. Chris also assists the engineering department in research and development of both new products and improving existing designs. Chris applies his knowledge of MKT’s products while assisting in the expansion of MKT’s network of representatives, by training them on the proper use, maintenance and troubleshooting of MKT’s complete product line. As an avid outdoorsman, husband and father of two boys, Chris enjoys spending time with his family hunting, camping, fishing and riding motorcycles. Preferably his Electra Glide Harley Davidson.

Brian Hendricks
Brian is 34 years old and has a wife, Jennifer and two children Camden age 11 and Alexa age 8. Brian started in the auto industry as a delivery driver in 2001 and eventually worked his way up to store manager and managed from 2010 - 2015. He joined the MKT team in June 2015 as the parts manager. Brian takes pride in delivering the best customer service possible. Please contact Brian by email or phone for any parts needs you may have.

Josh Jennings
Josh attended Mizzou 00 – 04 and received a dual bachelors in finance and economics. After college he worked as a credit analyst and later funding and documentation manager for an equipment leasing company in Chesterfield, MO. Josh then changed career focus slightly when an opportunity arose to set up/maintain the accounting system for his in-laws hardware store in south Saint Louis, MO. To help sharpen his accounting knowledge Josh returned to school at WGU MO and is currently finishing his accounting degree. In July 2015, after excelling at the hardware store Josh joined the team at MVE/MKT as Accounting Assistant and enjoys working for a company whose culture is friendly and relaxed but also challenging and innovative. Josh has 3 fantastic kiddos, 1 wonderful wife, and 1 excitable dog. In his free time (when he can find some) he enjoys listening to, writing, and recording music, and playing guitar in his band Hazard to Ya Booty.
